We do not need to see your transcripts for you to start but you will need to provide the degree granting institution an official copy of any transcripts from previous schools. People usually know off the top of their head what classes they have already taken so it is suggested you just start studying for a class you know you need while you are waiting for your transcripts to be evaluated by the degree granting institution.
